Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02:
• Drive to indoor wall climbing center
• Introduction about wall
• Physical stretching and warm up
• Climbing technical movement
• Brief about rock climbing sports adventure.
• Coaching class about climbing norms, safety and equipment familiarization.
• Bouldering and top rope climbing
• Drive back to Hotel

Day 03:
• Pick up from hotel and drive to Nagarjun rock climbing spot for about an hour.
• Class about Anker (technique to make 2 point & 3 point anker)
• Technique about belaying with partner, belay stand (position) and communication with partner.
• Rock climbing technique
• Passive Rappelling
• Climbing until the end of the day.
• Drive back to Hotel

Day 04:
• Drive to Nagarjun rock spot
• Physical stretch
• Lead climbing technique (quick draw clicking & cleaning technique)
• Top rope management
• Active Rappelling
• Lead climbing practice for rest of the day.
• Rock spot cleaning
• Drive back to Hotel
Day 05:
• Drive to Pharping (about an hour), check in Hotel and hike to climbing spot “A”
• Climbing practice with multi pitch technique
• Knot practicing, rope coiling practice and caring of climbing gears
• Hike back to Hotel
Day 06:
• Hike to climbing spot “B”
• Half day climbing practice
• Evaluation day with feedback sharing and certificate distribution

Day 07:
One day hiking and back to Hotel in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Sightseeing ( Swoyambu, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Boudha)
